Facilities CAD-CAM and office automation: Our design department is equipped with CAD CAM facilities and modern office automation for marketing & other departments. Manufacturing facilities include precision machining facilities such as CNC machining centre, precision surface & cylindrical grinding machines and good assembly facilities. 	CNC Rotary Tables CNC Rotary Tables & CNC Tilting Rotary Tables are great value addition for productivity enhancement of CNC Machines. The normal 3 axis of a CNC Machine does not provide flexibility to carryout multifaceted machining in a single set-up. The CNC Rotary Table forms the 4th axis (Rotary axis) on the machine to facilitate varied machining mix. CNC Rotary Tables when provided with tilting facility offer the most efficient system for universal machining. Features: Axial radial roller bearings Dual lead worm gear set Pneumatic clamping Motor mounting & drive elements to suit motor selected Options: Clamping: Pneumatic & hydraulic Direct encoder on table axis for +/_ 5" arc sec. 	Tilting Rotary Table UCAM has developed state of the art CNC Tilting Rotary Tables. CNC Tilting Rotary Table provides 5 axes capability for enhanced machining flexibility. Standard models of Tilting Rotary Tables, both Manual Tilting NC Rotary & NC Tilting NC Rotary Tables are also available. 	Precision Index Tables UCAM has developed Precision Index Tables, which have fixed no. of indexing equally divisible stations. Index tables are available in 3 standard versions. Manual Pneumatic Index Table: This is a lift type Index Table built with 2 piece face tooth coupling. The locking/unlocking of the coupling tooth and clamp/declamp operation is actuated pneumatically. The table is rotated manually in the lift position. Automatic Hydraulic Index Table: This is a non-lift type Index Table built with 3-piece face tooth coupling driven by rack gear mechanism. The locking/unlocking of the coupling tooth and clamp/declamp operation is actuated hydraulically. NC Index Table: This is a worm wheel driven servo controlled Index Table generally manufactured with 3 piece hirth coupling construction for indexing without table lifting and positioning within +/_3 arc secs. Index Tables are available in sizes ranging from 200 to 1200 tabletop. The table top can be square or circular. Both horizontal and vertical mounting are available.
	UCAM’s new DX series – Manual Pallet Changer (MPC) UCAM MPC is a precision attachment for productivity enhancement of Vertical Machining Centres, CNC Tap Drill Centres and CNC Milling Machines. The new DX series of MPC’s are designed with specialised features for added versatility and increased productivity. Air blow valve facility to blow off chips and Air Saving Device to switch off air blow during clamping to ensure accurate positioning. The Pallet Changers are ergonomically and aesthetically designed to provide greater access to operate the machine. Sheet guard is carefully designed to prevent coolant splash & sloped for chips and coolant flow. Central flap allows operator to reach work area & drops back to collect coolant / chip. In built screw jack for fine height adjustment to machine. Can be easily interfaced to the machine through M-codes to facilitate automatic (Hydraulic or Pneumatic) clamp and declamp operation and clamp confirmation feed back. Also available with Pallet recognition feedback option. By interfacing this to the machine with M-codes, it is possible to run 2 programmes / work off-sets without risk of accidents. Smooth, guided movement of loaded pallet ensures minimum operator effort. Easy accessibility for normal operations & maintenance.
